After making your payment the applet loads quickly and from that point on our technician can control the computer as if he were sitting in front of it. Most any software problem can be resolved--everything from downloading patches to reconfiguring software or printer connections.
Another advantage of Res-Q is that it eliminates the need to explain complex instructions that may or may not be executed correctly. And you or your employees don’t have to stay at their computer while it is being repaired. Once the applet is accepted, the remote helper has full control.

You do have the option, however, of closing the applet. When that happens it is deleted and the computer is back under your complete control. For the technician to assist you at a later date, you would have to initiate the process again by clicking on the “Buy Now” button.
